Shipping Policy

Important update for U.S. customers: Section 321 changes. Effective August 29, 2025, the U.S. government ended the Section 321 de minimis program. As a result, U.S.-bound shipments will now be assessed duties, taxes, and other import fees on arrival, regardless of order value.

What this means for you
• Your package will be subject to customs charges, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees upon delivery.
• These amounts are set by U.S. Customs and the carrier—not by us—and can vary by product value, country of origin, and shipping method.
• We ship under DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

If duties/taxes are refused
If a shipment is refused at delivery due to unpaid import fees, the order will return to us. Returned shipments incur a return shipping fee. Once received back at our warehouse, we’ll issue a refund for the product value minus the return shipping fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If the carrier bills any additional return/processing fees, those will also be deducted from the refund.

Shipping options
Standout Beauty Shop offers free shipping on qualifying orders (over $150CAD) in Canada and competitive rates for smaller orders and international destinations. We currently ship with trusted carriers including Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, Purolator, and DHL.

Notes and tips
• Please ensure your address is complete and accurate to avoid delays or returns.
• Customs processing times are outside our control and may extend delivery estimates.

 If you need to change your address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible—once a label is created, changes may not be possible.

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Shipments are sent out Monday-Friday. During product launches or sales, holidays, processing may take longer.

Tracking & Delivery:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs. 

**Refunds will not be issued on packages that are delayed by the carrier, customs or unforeseen instances such as Postal strikes.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Standout Beauty is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open an investigation or claim.

Standard Shipping

Canada: Approximately 1-7 business days depending on your location. 

** Shipping to Northern Provinces in Canada will be subject to longer shipping times for standard shipping (6-12 business days). If you require faster shipping- please choose express option (3-4 business days).

Free shipping threshold  Canada: Our Free Shipping threshold is 150 CAD.
Free Shipping Threshold USA: Our Free Shipping Threshold is $450 CAD.

USA: Approximately 2-6 business days depending on your location. (Using DHL Express)



International: Between 3-16 business days. Delivery times will vary for each country. 


** Unforseen delays such as postal strikes are out of our control, refunds will not be elligible on items that have already been processed.
