Colour Shades
Ash Blonde: Medium to dark blonde with neutral to cool undertones.
Extra Dark Brown: Intense dark brown with strong staining power and cool undertones.
Ruby Red: Ultra warm reddish brown. Also serves as a warm modifier for other shades.
Blue Black: Ultra dark black with very cool blueish undertones.
Silver Graphite: Medium to dark brown with very cool undertones.
Platinum Blondy: Soft light to medium blonde with warm golden undertones.
Warm Chocolate: Very rich medium to dark brown with warm undertones.

Orders are typically processed within 1 Business Day. Shipping times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method at checkout. (avg 2-5 Business Days within Canada)
For orders in the US, Standard Shipping can take 3-8 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing times.
We offer FREE Standard Shipping in Canada & US on orders over $150 CAD, however there is also an option to upgrade to express shipping if you prefer a quicker option.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email, so you can monitor its progress.
