When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method at checkout. (avg 2-5 Business Days within Canada)
For orders in the US, shipping can take 3-6 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing times.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email, so you can monitor its progress.

Yes absolutely! Local pick-up is available at our Standout Beauty Supply Shop- located at: 186 Provencher Blvd, Winnipeg MB R2H2Y2.
Shop Hours:
Mon 3:30-8:00pm
Tues 12:00 - 4:00pm
Thurs 1:30- 6:30pm
Friday 12:000pm - 4:00pm
Sat 10:00am - 2:00pm
Simply select the “Local Pick-Up” option at checkout. You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready — usually within 24-48 hours.
*If you are in a pickle and require your items asap, leave a note on your order at checkout and we will our best to fufill and have your order ready for pickup that same day!

Due to the nature of beauty and hygiene products, all sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, with photos of the products so we can make it right!
