Retail Tips

Once you have finished performing the lash lift treatment on your client, pass them a hand held mirror to show them their beautiful results!

Now is the time to introduce the perfect aftercare product. (I also like to mention the peptide treatment throughout the appointment so it doesn’t sound like a sales pitch at the end. I like to ensure my clients know the importance of aftercare and how it will effect the results longterm.)

• using a clean mascara spool, dip the wand in the bottle of keratin and comb through the lashes of one eye (have the client hold the mirror while you apply it) Now is the perfect time to show the difference between both eyes! Guaranteed your client will see a noticeable difference between the treated lashes.

• explain that the treatment should be applied to their lashes daily ( after a shower, or morning facial routine)

• explain that the keratin is a clear substance, however often times can be substituted for mascara as it leaves the lashes appearing shiny and accentuates the dark tint

• explain that there is no need to scrub your lashes like how you would with mascara (after all the whole point of a lash lift is to ditch the mascara)

• explain that it also works as a protective coating for the tint (our lashes tend to lighten during the summer months) the keratin will act as a protective layer and shield from harmful UV rays
